Improve SSO implementation

Current SSO implementation is incomplete. Optimizely needs to add:

- Complete debugging with popular SSO platforms. Our SSO provider is Microsoft Azure B2B. We’ve had to get two core code updates to fix issues and still have two issues that will need fixes. Expectation was that this would be working more-or-less out-of-the-box.

- Auto login. If the user logs into SSO through the SSO provider pages, the user should be logged in automatically when going to the e-Commerce site. This would be expected behavior with an SSO-enabled app.

- Single Log Out (SLO). There should be an option to log out of SSO when existing e-Commerce. The user should not have to go to each SSO-enabled app and log out separately.
