Data in the local format for the Jobs execution notification email

Hi Opti tea,

This is regarding the Optimizely Jobs Exection notification email admin is receiving. Currently the Jobs shows all the datetime in the UTC format like this: Orders ReSubmit (Failed Orders) To ERP (Sandbox) Failed at 6/23/2022 7:27:08 AM +00:00. This is confusing to the end user to pinpoint which is the instance that failed due to time in the UTC format. There are many jobs executes multiple time of the day and this email title do not provide the exact time of execution. User has to go and convert time to their local time and then find out the job execution history. We are looking for this time either configurable or at least set to the server time so that receivers do not have to keep converting to their local time.

Thanks
