Vertex Tax implementation need an option to "Post tax on Order Submit"

Recently we found that the Vertex tax implementation do not have an option to restrict posting the tax on Order submit. This option is available for the Avalara. Generally thx get submited to the Vertex later in the Order fulfilment process in ERP. Most of the ERP systems has implementation of posting the tax when it actually ship the Order and Charge the Credit card. The tax Implementation classes are available to extend but we need this functionality available out of the box.

    We recommend that all improvements to tax connectors be completed via customization with your implementation partner.
