Page Title and Meta Description of child product (Variant) should be displayed when Variant is selected

Currently, the parent product's page title and meta description are displayed for all child products (variant). It would be more SEO-friendly and better for UX if the page title/title tag and meta description to be populated from the variant's saved data (in the CMS under Content - Meta Data - Page Title and Meta Description fields.)

For example, Parent Product Z has two variant products under it, Product X and Product Y. By default, the page title and meta descoption are shown for Product Z. When the variant is selected, and data for Product Y is shown, however the page title and meta description do not change and are still being pulled from Product Z.

Variants should be able to be merchandised individually. This would be beneficial for SEO, as matching page title and meta description with product data will lead to more accurate indexing and search results.
