As an admin user I want to able to store warehouse specific Payment Gateway credentials so that I can pass different Payment gateway credentials based on Warehouse.

  1. Instead of global Payment Gateway settings, it is configurable at Warehouse level.

  2. Setting to control this behavior at warehouse vs global settings level.
