Add files to root level of the website

W e need to add files within a directory at the root level of the website. This is needed to update Google Analytics administrators as well applying files to the .well-known folder is standard for website hosting.

We would like the ability to sort comments left on reviewed content

Some of the content that we review has multiple pages. It would be very helpful to be able to sort comments by page, user, etc. rather that the default timeline of when a comment was left.

More distinct page break for multi-page PDFs in content review
