Mobile Improvements (X button to close notifications is too small)

While using the mobile version of Welcome, the Xs to close a notification or task is really small and it makes it hard to manage.

We're trying to incentivize people to use CMP more for their everyday work. As a way to do so, we could add a little visual reward for people who work in CMP most. Maybe we could add a little crown to the user that month with the most events
