Include Description Display Option in Create New Page View

Currently, the "Description" display option is only visible when editing a page in Episerver/Optimizely CMS. It would be beneficial to extend this feature to the Create New Page view as well. Including the description display option during page creation would provide valuable guidance and context to content authors, improving usability and reducing errors.

Example:

[Display(Description="A description of the field")]

[Required]

public virtual ContentArea MainContentArea { get; set; }

The attached image shows that the description (displayed as a question mark) only renders when you edit a page (right side) and not when you create a new page (left side).
