Preview for Documents

Similar to how images can be previewed, there should be a viewer for documents as well. When viewing documents assigned to a product, it would be great to be able to click on the document and have a preview displayed or have it open within a new tab so you can view it. Similarly, when editing the document the preview feature should be available there as well just like it is for images.

    We are investigating document previews within scope of a larger initiative to improve our digital asset management usability. We will be rolling out these enhancements over time in 2023.

    This is a great suggestion. What benefit is it to upload a document to a Product Information Management platform, if it can't be viewed in the PIM?
