Unable to add pre-existing users to tenant

If a user is added to a PIM tenant, then it should be possible to add the same user to another tenant without contacting Optimizely Support.

    Hi Viktor,

    Sorry for the late reply on this. The option to add users to additional tenants is something that is limited to Optimizely's internal user management tooling. I understand the use case for partners, but I do not think we can expose tenant assignments in end user facing UI because of the risk of access to inappropriate customer data.

    We are planning an overhaul of the user management process but this is a company wide initiative and not something owned specifically by the PIM team.
