Hello! You can choose which currency you would like the ODP account to focus on in the 'Localization' section of account settings.
You can also create reports to show multiple currencies. Orders can have unlimited custom attributes; therefore, if you adds an order attribute like ‘currency’ to each order you can use this attribute in ODP in custom reporting and segmentation.
