Product Recommendations

I am testing the new Churn Prevention Recipe. I love it and I want to use it. I am prevented by using it because there are product recommendations appearing with broken links. These are products that are no longer on my website. I have tried to address this issue multiple times in the past. I have brought my company software developer on board to work with your team and resolve the issue. They have told me it's fixed multiple times. It's still not fixed. At this point I am considering moving my business elsewhere. Our advertising budget is hurting because of covid-19. We can't afford to have software costs that do not fulfill our needs. I could use Product Collections in place of Zaius recommendations but it's not ideal because it's not optimal for individual customer journies and there are also serious limitations to the Product Collection. Mine became broken when products in the collection became out of stock. It's working again but I have trouble trusting it at this point.
