Data Science/Insights

The gems report is not very useful at this point as it tells me items that have sold once are considered gems. We have a huge catalog over 250,000 skus. So not all items get viewed a lot and if someone finds a random item and orders it, it becomes a gem. This happens to a lot of car magnets for us. If we used this report as is without any controls of number of order or price points, it gives us awful data. Right now the report is useless to us, although an awesome idea and with a little tweaking could be great. Lastly, it is kind of silly that it does not follow the scope rules.
