Compare Step Due vs Completed Dates

I’d like to easily see when a past step was due. Like, right now for instance a design step is currently due May 18, but for the previous step, Review and Approve, I can no longer see the due date by the assignee. You can see when a step was completed in the history but not when it was actually due for. I’d like to have that so I can easily see, by comparing that to history, if people are meeting their deadlines.
