Request for low level api method to manually update datafile in javascript/react sdk

Currently, developers can't manually update datafiles. They can only configure time intervals on how often the SDK will refresh the datafile itself.

Some feel this is very limiting and I need more control over datafile updates.

Request to implement a feature to allow the developer to update the datafile in use on the fly.

This low-level API method will allow control over how, and specifically when it suits a developer and their app to update the datafile they use in the SDK

Hi Casey, thanks for the feedback. For customers who have mentioned this, were you able to get their thoughts on fetching the datafile directly from the CDN URL as desired?

Could you provide a bit more context on the underlying problem you have observed some customers facing by not having the ability to manually refresh the datafile that the SDK is using? Are existing options such as webhook notifications or directly fetching via the CDN URL not sufficient in solving these pain points?

Thanks for your input and we look forward to hearing from you.
