Limit number of visitors for an experiment

Add the option to set up an absolute number of customers for an experiment or a variation. For example, an experiment supposed to be run only for the first 10000 visitors (instead of using the percentage).

Hi Fabrizio, thanks for the suggestion. I'm curious to learn more about use cases where a hard cap on visitors would provide value. This could possibly be valuable for fixed horizon testing or as a precaution to prevent usage overages.

Our SDKs are stateless and don't keep track of the visitor counts in an experiment. Therefore, we'd need to call out to our backend which would introduce performance latency.

While we can't consider this particular enhancement now, we'll keep this in mind in the future.
