add filter option in the "List Experiments" endpoint

Vistaprint: Add support for filtering "archived" in the List Experiments endpoint. we already have to paginate to get all active experiments even though we only have less than 10 active, I can see this being a problem as time goes on."

    Hi there, our apologies for the very delayed reply. We're taking steps to prevent such long response delays in the future.

    In newer projects (titled "Feature Experimentation" in the project UI pill component to the top-left), there is a specific filter controlling whether to display archived flags.

    In legacy projects (titled "Full Stack" in the pill component), we have similar filters for both features and experiments.

    Are you utilizing the above filters, and if so, are they alleviating the front-end performance issues? Please let us know, thank you.

    This is very needed! It not only slows us down but I'm sure it's a weight on the Optimizely servers as well.
