When you create a new flag rule it should not default to ON

Currently, as soon as the rule is created, it's ON, even though in many cases, it's not completely ready/configured yet, and needs more adjustments before it should be enabled. So the current workaround when creating a Rule is to pull down the slider to 0% when creating the Rule. Then, after it's created, toggle it OFF and then drag up the slider as required when turning the rule ON. The default should be OFF when creating a new rule

Hi Ed, apologies for the very delayed response. As of now, when you create a new rule for a flag in an FX project, it is initially set to off by default. This should eliminate the need for the workaround you described which is far from ideal.
