Include all events in Implementation section

Some events created outside of Implementation > Events, do not appear in the list of events in Implementation. Please include all events in the list. Some examples:

• After creating a new experiment, go to the Metrics. One of the suggested Page events is "Visit Page: URL targeting for [name of the experiment]". Even by selecting this as a metric, it still does not appear in Implementation.

• From the Visual Editor, when modifying a variation, select an element, Track Clicks > Enable Event Tracking > Track clicks on this element. Even in this case, it does not appear in Implementation
