First of all, thanks for the quick and clear reply!
Unfortunately, again I did not receive a notification... weirdly enough a colleague of mine that is subscribed to this ticket does, so it must be something specific on my end. I will try the good ol' turning it on and off tactic and I will unsubscribe and re-subscribe to this ticket. Hopefully, that fixes the notifications for me :-)

Hello! Thank you for the comment. For us, already exists means that it is something we are already aware of and already have on our own roadmaps for consideration. Essentially the idea already exists, not necessarily the feature itself. It's within our entire initiative "Slicing and Dicing" which are the tons of ways that clients can filter through their results page data.
The team is actively digging in now to put weight on each idea (this is one of many we are aware if!) so if you have any other use cases or ideas we'd love to hear them!
As far as the notifications, I'm not sure why you wouldn't have gotten a notification. If that happens again let's add a ticket to the Aha support team!

I see that this ticket has received the status Already exists.
Is it possible to get a bit more information on how exactly we can select options from a segment to exclude on? I checked the documentation but I don't see it explained there.
By the way, I did not receive an e-mail notification even though I am "subscribed" to updates and it's not in my spam inbox plus I just double checked and I can see nothing wrong with the e-mail address in my account. I would appreciate it of being notified when there is activity on my tickets.
