In some projects, the Customer Service do not have to use some features. For example, in our case, we do not use the Subscription feature. However, it is easy to click on the Convert to Subscription by mistake, creating a Subscription inadvertently.
We would need the ability to deactivate buttons and actions that we do not want to use the Order Management screens.
