Sales Manager role needs to easily see RFQ's that are pending for their team

The sales manager role has the potential to be an awesome feature. The problem is currently the sales manager has to toggle between customer accounts.

A real world example. We have a sales director. She has one global account manager that reports directly to her. Then there are 10 program managers that manage between 2 and 25 customer accounts. Conservatively, lets say it averages out to 5 customers per program manager. That is 50 accounts she will have to toggle through.

The hierarchy is already established in the Sale Person part of the console. Sales Person reports to sales manager. Sales Manager should be able to easily see all the RFQ's.
