Budget Management Updating

Several of our customers have a minimum spend that they are contractually obligated to meet each month. Budget Management should allow alerting of the Administrator if the buyer is not on track to meet the monthly spend.


The buyers at many of our customers have a PO Max that they can not exceed. This would also be a useful tool in budget management. This could be opened up even further to allow the mechanic on the floor to enter their request and have it go through the queue for approval. While many of our customers ERP's have processes in place, some smaller customers do not have that feature. I think this would be a nice offering.

    This request is best supported via customization. However, we will consider adding a feature like this in the future.
