Increase Marketing Promotion screen performance

As a Marketer I need to be able to create promotions more efficiently in the Commerce / Marketing.

Currently the Discounts and Priorities page within Commerce/Marketing is very slow to the point where we're making mistakes when it comes to exclusions.

in order to be more efficient and create promos with fewer mistakes, when a new discount is created, it generally needs to be dragged up in priority. This takes a long time to drag as the promo list gets stuck. We need to have a "Move to top" option or way to quickly re-organize the promo sequence.

    Great! Thanks for the update. Is there a place where I can find the details on what these improvements are for Commerce 14? The reason I ask is because we do have plans to upgrade this year, but if there are performance improvements there (and also in CM, which is desperately needed), we could think about upgrading sooner. Thanks.

    The latest version of Commerce 14 includes several performance related improvements to the Marketing Promotions list screen.
