Give "read-only" content contributors users the right to view/review unpublished products

Detailed Description of the issue: Unpublished products are not viewable nor reviewable in the CMS for read-only users.

Steps to replicate:

1. Login to the CMS as a "read-only" user (E.g., Catalog Managers).
2. Go to the Commerce section.
3. Try to edit a product that has not been published yet.
4. Try to comment via the Advanced Review button.

Actual Results

1. Read-only CMS users cannot view the unpublished products (drafts) in the CMS interface (Commerce section).

2. They also cannot review them.

Expected Results

1. Read-only CMS users can view unpublished products (drafts) in the CMS interface (Commerce section).

2. They could also review them via the "Advanced Review" button.
