Process the line level properties in Service API requests

Currently Service API doesn't allow to migrate the line item level properties if you import orders (by calling '/episerverapi/commerce/orders' endpoint).

It seems like pretty important ability on a par with order/shipment level custom properties.

    Hello,

    I see the Shipped status of the ticket and suppose changes are released but by reviewing the API and the code it seems like it's still not possible to import custom line item level properties. Could you please verify?

    This is a crucial fix that is hindering custom intgerations with ERP systems. So a fix would be much appreciated.
