Replace Image/Block When Marking Existing Asset for Deletion

When we delete an existing, published image or block it is typically because we need to update it with a new block type or image format. We can currently upload a new image with the same name and file format to automatically replace the existing image, however if we need to change image format this doesn't work.

Similarly, when we delete a block from the CMS, say a global CTA block, and need to replace it in all locations with something else, such as a content recommendation block, we must manually go and edit each and every page where that CTA block appears.

Ideally when marking an image or block for deletion, please add an option: "Do you want to replace this block/image with an another block/image?"

You would then have the option to select a block or image from the assets pane.
