Set Content Type properties by code

The names of some properties are not directly tied to the name of something in code. The property Display In Edit View is controlled with the [ScaffoldColumn(false)] attribute in code.

Specifically, we're looking at "new" properties on Content Areas, the 'Max Items' and 'Min Items' properties.

Ultimately looking to set the content type properties with code rather than the UI
