Need Sandbox/Test Environment with Ability to push live

If we need to make updates to a template, we have to duplicate it and make the updates and socialize, then update the original template so we don't lose historical data. If the form updates require a lot of logic, it's extremely time intensive as we don't have the ability to push something "live" from a sandbox or test environment. This causes duplicative work because if we're testing a new template or socializing something, we have to duplicate the existing template, then add it back into the original work request so we don't lose any data.
