Move 'For this page/block' folder up

In my capacity as a Digital Marketing Manager actively engaged in the CMS tasks and also facilitating others in this role, my foremost goal is to reposition the 'For this page/block' option to the top of the folder structure. By implementing this adjustment, editors would be relieved from the need to scroll through extensive content before reaching their desired option. This improvement is expected to not only save time but also enhance editor satisfaction.
