Enable prerendering of PLPs and PDPs with prerender.io

Our Product Listing Pages and Product Detail Pages have separate SEO templates being served to Googlebot, and almost all of the content is missing/broken/unformatted in those separate templates, which substantially hurts our organic traffic.


Recreating all past and future features by customizing these separate SEO templates isn't a viable option.


We want to be able to use prerender.io or a similar service to snapshot the actual live PLPs and PDPs and serve the pages to Googlebot that way. This will provide Google with an accurate picture of our website and increase our organic traffic.


Our development teams spoke with Optimizely support which identified prerender.io as a viable option.
