Create Secure Library Folders

We need to be able to store assets in the Library that are not available to everyone with a log in, nor are accessible outside our org. Currently there is no way to set access permissions at the folder and asset level. Some highly valuable content is too exposed using the current workflows/tasks and library to both individuals within the org as well as partners with necessary access to the Library

    Hi there!

Keeping your content secure is a top priority, and you should be able to accomplish this today with our existing folder- and asset-level permissioning functionality.

The first thing I would check is your instance-wide default sharing. You can find that under Settings -> Asset Management -> Default Asset/Folder Sharing.

Additionally, you can find detailed information on how to manage Library access at this KnowledgeBase article.
