Restrict due dates chosen by requestors

We need to be able to add a number of days out (for example 10 days) as a default to all requests so that requestors cannot request projects earlier than our default delivery/completion date. For example we don't want to allow requestors to submit requests with a same day due date.

    Assign by Requester(i.e Owner who creates the Campaign/Task): Enable ability to Auto assign step 1 tasks to 'Requester' or ability to assign task to the individual who is initiating the workflow (the system knows who raised the task = Owner). This will help us templatize the steps and make task/campaign owner responsible+Accountable to fill the intake brief.
