Restrict design drafts and workflows

Designers need to be able to post drafts for creative review and feedback. Requestors should not be able to see that workflow, feedback or drafts until a draft is shared with them.

Good news - with the appropriate permissions configuration, we can help you accomplish this today!

The first thing you'll want to do is check your default campaign sharing, which you'll find in the Organization tab under Settings. It's likely that your instance is set up to allow all users (the whole organization) to edit all campaigns (and the tasks within them) by default.

In order to restrict this, you'll want to remove the organization from the default sharing settings and add only those users and/or groups who need access. Then, you'll be able to add the requesters to discrete campaigns and/or tasks only when you're ready to provide access.

More info on setting sharing defaults and sharing individual objects can be found here, and your CSM is another great resource!
