Please add a look up for Name (Request Template field)

For REQUEST Templates, is it possible to add a look up field for NAME? Allowing a user to search from (1) Active Directory for those with a Single Sign on Connection OR if that is not possible then search from (2) a list of active Welcome Users?


Template Form Creation: Add Field>Create New>Employee Lookup (or similar name)


At the moment, I have TEXT fields for Marketing and Strategic Owner in my Request form, but it would be nice to allow customers to look up the employee instead of having to type in a name. Maybe it could be hyperlinked with their email address too.

    Thanks for the suggestion! It's good timing, as we're exploring ways to improve work requests at the moment. (We've recently added the ability to archive, and viewing the completed date in the list view is up next!)

    We'll look into both SSO utilization and/or utilizing the list of known users in the CMP.
