Operational Analytics Dashboard

We'd love a dashboard to view the operationa analytics, very similar to the analytics on page views and such that are in the Analytics module today. Ideally, we'd be able to set filters to see things like average task duration, overdue workflow steps, etc. just as you can at the campaign level.

Doing this across campaigns is importnat because we need to be able to see these data points by teams, regions, etc., and those often span campaigns.

These data points would help us make better decisions about how to plan our work, where we can optimize our process, etc.
