Allow Admins to specify where notifications of changes to assets are sent to

Currently, the owner of an asset in the DAM is the one who receives notifications about the asset being moved, deleted or requests to edit. Can Optimizely provide Admins with more control over who receives these notifications (e.g., from the Asset Management page)?

Alternatively, allow Admins to make a mass change of the ownership of assets at the top folder level and have that change inherited by all assets in the folder and its sub folders.

Summary: I'd like to be able to turn off notifications about actions to an asset going to the person who uploads it and instead direct them to a email distribution group monitored by the Admin team.
