Make Focal Point data available through API call

We have many use cases where we need the focal point data for an image to achieve the responsiveness our designs have called for. We know that you can create renditions of an image which can use the focal point. However, for our uses, this is not feasible as we don't have a discrete number of ways the image can be shown on the page. It is a very continuous change in rendering based on window/content sizing. We also like to handle this through CSS instead of making many calls to get different renditions outside of major shifts like desktop to mobile. I have attached a demo of what what I mean

    This is now available via the API as focal_point in the GET images/id endpoint.
