Allow tasks (without a campaign) be visible or editable to a team or org

Currently if a task is part of campaign then it is visible to our entire org. Admin config setting allows Campaigns and tasks under it to be VIEW only or Editable to entire org or a team.

Similar functionality is requested for tasks which are not a part of campaign.

This will help share ALL tasks with a team or entire org to give everyone the visibility of the work in production.

Additionally, it will be great to control this feature at workflow configuration level. For example we have workflow "Marketing Ops Support workflow" - any tasks created using this workflow must be visible to only Marketing Operations team members ,not entire organization.
