We need the ability to save a brief without completing it and completing all of the required fields.
We have multiple use cases where this would be helpful:
1) We have a traffic manager who will be creating tasks based off of work requests, and the first step in our workflows is to assign the correct person to complete the task-specific brief. It would be beneficial for the traffic manager to be able to select the correct brief and save it (without completing it) so that the assignee sees the brief that they need to complete when that workflow step gets assigned to them.
2) There are some fields in our briefs that are "required" from our compliance teams to be completed, but we don't have the answers to those questions when the work begins and the brief is initially submitted. Rather than make those fields optional (where they likely won't get filled out) we'd like them to be required but a user can Save the brief so that work can take place based off of the information in the brief at that time... and then the system could ensure that the brief has to be "completed" before the workflow itself is able to be completed... therefore ensuring all required fields in the Brief do eventually get completed before the task can be closed.
