Hootsuite Integration with CMP for better social publishing. Merged

As per the feedback received - Social posting does not have enough functionality to be a useful tool for marketing teams as when connecting directly to social platforms, there is minimal benefit as the Optimizely social posting feature doesn’t allow posting videos or tag people.

A deeper integration with Hootsuite will enable marketing team members to manage and create content more effectively around the social channels.
