Ability to control what fields to show/hide in CREATE CAMPAIGN & CREATE TASK Views

Introduce option to control field visibility or add supporting help text on the CREATE CAMPAIGN & CREATE TASK Views:

Field Display Controls: Currently, the Create Campaign and Create Task views include fields we don’t need and this causes confusion for requestors.

We would like to have the option to choose the fields that are displayed. This would allow us to show only essential fields (e.g. Title and applicable campaign) and to have the option hide fields like StartDate, DueDate, workflow, budget and color that we may not need to use.

Help icon control: We would like the ability to add and edit helper text on the Create Task and Create campaign view. Currently, not all fields feature the help icon and the copy is not editable where they do.

Field Titles: Some field titles can be confusing (e.g. campaign name). We would like to have the option to retitle these fields or at least the option to add explanatory text to describe what is expected.

    We recently released helper text! Object specific fields (i.e mwr specific fields only show in requests module) are also a big consideration item for our roadmap in 2024.

    1. When creating new task - Just add title , Campaign if applicable and then click on CREATE

      - If this is preferred way then can we hide StartDate, DueDate, Workflow fileds since they are not relevant,

    2. Helper Text: In the Create Task View We want to update HELP Text shown here in (?) icon. The helper text needs to help Forrester team to guide our users which fields are useful for us and which are not needed. How can we do that

    We want to add the HELP Text for other fields on Create Task , Create Campaign view as well. As of today some fields show the HELP icon and some do not

    3. Field Visibility and Helper Text: Create Campaign Task -
    campaign title - guidance on what this is - example: "this is the "name of request" - an internal title. cannot relabel this field. unclear if we can add help text."
    add'l concern - budget and color fields, these should be removed?

    Preferably have guidance on CREATE Task and Create Campaign fields so that users are intuitively guided to fill in relevant info; Training may not resolve this in long run and people will make mistakes;
