Unlock and edit (including adding fields) task briefs created from the work requests

Currently, only admins have the ability to unlock task briefs associated with work requests. However, there are situations where form values may change after the task is created, and it would be beneficial for the creators(task owners) to have the ability to unlock the brief and make the necessary adjustments.

Furthermore, it would be extremely helpful if we could have a regular brief section (text box) above the form fields values in the tasks created from the work requests. There are instances where we need to gather additional details in order to proceed with the task, but these details cannot be captured within the request form. Currently, we are using comments to store such information, but it would be ideal to utilize the brief section for this purpose.
