Adding closed caption files to videos in DAM

When uploading a video into the DAM now, you can't attached closed captioning to it, you have to upload those as separate (unrecognized) files and attach them in your own systems. As a goal to make videos as accessible as possible (and let's be honest, we all use them sometimes), we'd love the option to upload VTT/SRT files onto videos so we can use them automatically on our site instead of uploading them separately
