Automation wait node: support waiting for a recipient-specific date with executing next step in automation

The Marketing Automation has the possibility to wait a certain time with executing the next step. Currently it allows waiting X hours up to X months at a specific timestamp.

The value for the customer would increase if the date and time the automation campaign should wait for is personalized per recipient by allowing to select a recipient list field (date/time) to read the timestamp from.

E.g. we could allow waiting until 3 days before a travel date is scheduled or an event will take place during the execution of a multistep marketing automation.
