In our business, we end up with a number of Work Requests that are OVERDUE, and there are 4-5 of us checking on those. It would be great to be able to quickly see the last time someone reached out - in the list view - so we wouldn't have to click into the WRQ, go to the last comments, and see where we are. I've done this on my personal task view (as I could add it as a "field" - but I'm not able to add a field to the Work Request module. Could you add something? See attached!
