Nightly Maintenance job sends email with UTC instead of User Time Zone

When the OOTB Nightly Maintenance job successfully completes an email notification is sent out. The subject of the email contains the UTC instead of the Customers Time Zone.

Server time does not match our geography. This causes issues with our punchout ordering system pushing orders to the next delivery day because the system time is incorrect. The logic says that any order that comes in after 4 pm cannot ship for next-day delivery; since punchout order times are generated by the server and not the user’s system time, they are being kicked to the next delivery day.
