Hide Shipping Service in UI

As a content author, I want to be able to hide or show [Shipping] "Service" throughout the mobile app.

This scenario is applicable when a customer is assigned a carrier, and the rules behind the configured services only return one service. Instead of showing the one service, I should be able to hide this to eliminate any confusion the user might have.
