Create dashboard that tracks the number of customers that have activated their accounts per week/month

Original request from Brady Industries.

Brady has recently created new commerce accounts for their customers, and they would like to track which customers have logged in and activated those accounts.

Specifically, they would like a dashboard that tracks the activation status of new customers, including:

  • The number and names of customers that have activated accounts in the last week/month/quarter, including the sales rep name

  • The number and names of customers that have accounts created, but have not yet activated those accounts, including the sales rep name

  • The number and names of customers that have placed their first order, including the sales rep name and the dollar amount

This type of dashboard will help B2B Commerce customers track the status of growth and implementation of a new Commerce site.

    Thank you for this suggestion. We are designing a new dashboard now that will address some of the requests highlighted in this request, though it may not cover all of the requests. The target release for that new dashboard is late 3Q 2022 / eary 4Q 2022.
