Add customized fields

Customer wants the ability to create custom fields in Program Management. There should be a pre-populated drop-down menu that they can also customize.

For example - Custom Field Name: Device Type
Dropdown: Apple TV, Samsung TV, Roku, Xfinity, Xbox (ability to select multiple options from this menu).

They would like to see them used when creating an idea of where the other custom fields are. They're basically asking if it’s possible to expand the custom field functionality to more options than a freeform text box. They'd love to be able to create custom fields with a dropdown or a radio button for the different options. They'd also ask that either the dropdown or radio button allow for the selection of multiple options.

The information in the custom fields are inputs for a test design. They'd like to capture in the idea form which device, tier, content type, ad type, etc. the user is looking to test so they can properly assess the idea.
